Production: 4-8 weeks. Sea freight: 3-5 weeks to EU/UK. Air freight: 5-7 days.

Do you offer custom design support?
Yes. We collaborate with architects and designers to modify existing designs or create bespoke collections to meet your project's specific aesthetic and functional needs.
Do you offer samples?
Paid prototypes and material samples are available upon request. Sample costs are fully deductible from the final bulk order amount, ensuring a risk-free evaluation of quality.
Packaging & Shipping
How do you ensure safe packaging?
Export-grade multi-layer packaging including custom foam inserts, reinforced honeycomb boards, and ISPM-15 certified heat-treated timber crates for all heavy or fragile shipments. Every dispatch follows photo-documented protocols and structural verification.
What Incoterms do you trade under?
We primarily operate under FOB (Free On Board) or CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight). For established enterprise accounts and high-volume projects, EXW (Ex Works) and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) options are available subject to logistical feasibility.
DOCUMENTATION & PAYMENT
What export documentation?
Full suite: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO, Bill of Lading, health/quality certificates.
Payment terms?
30% advance, 70% against Bill of Lading. Also accept Irrevocable Letters of Credit.
